  • MARCH 30, 2010 - ANNOUNCEMENT - Mike Radcliffe recently completed the sale of most of his interest in DEC Land Co. I LLC and all of his interest in DEC/Carriage Trails LLC, the managing member of DEC Land Co. I LLC, to George Jenkins. With these transactions, George is now the Managing Member of DEC/Carriage Trails LLC. This change has legal significance, however, practically, there is no change since George has been involved in all the legal and business decisions for Carriage Trails, as well as with the day-to-day operations. The team of George Jenkins, Bill Jump and Ken Conaway look forward to continuing to work with everyone on the exciting, rapidly growing and successful development of Carriage Trails.
  • UPDATE - Two of America’s finest home builders, Brighton Homes and Ryan Homes, are currently constructing new homes in three of Carriage Trails’ neighborhoods. April 1st, 2010 is the target date for the opening of both of the models. The public will be invited to tour these homes and talk to representatives about new construction, options and availability of individual lots. In addition, five private residences are under construction and ground-breaking will occur for two more in the near future.
